1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website and utilizing the services of Tarif International Ltd., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our services.

2. Description of Services

Tarif International Ltd. acts as a travel agent providing the following services:

• Visa processing assistance.
• Domestic and international air ticketing.
• Customized inbound and outbound holiday packages.
• Worldwide hotel bookings.
• Medical travel and tourism assistance.

We act entirely as an intermediary between you and the actual service providers (airlines, hotels, embassies, hospitals, etc.).

3. Booking, Payment, and Pricing

• Quotations: All prices quoted are subject to availability and can change without prior notice until full payment is received and tickets/vouchers are issued.
• Payments: Full payment is required prior to the issuance of any travel documents. We accept bank transfers, mobile financial services (e.g., bKash, Nagad), and cash at our corporate office.
• Service Charges: Tarif International Ltd. may apply a non-refundable service charge for consultation, visa processing, and booking assistance.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Airlines and Hotels: Cancellation policies are dictated strictly by the respective airlines, hotels, and tour operators. Tarif International Ltd. will process refunds according to the provider's policy, minus applicable agency processing fees.
• Visa Services: Visa application fees paid to embassies and our agency service charges are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the visa outcome (approval, rejection, or delay).
• Refund Processing: Approved refunds may take between 15 to 45 working days to process, depending on the service provider.

5. Passports, Visas, and Travel Documents

It is the sole responsibility of the traveler to ensure that their passport is valid for at least six (6) months beyond the intended date of return. While we provide expert guidance for visa applications, the final decision to grant a visa rests entirely with the respective embassy or consulate. Tarif International Ltd. is not liable for any travel disruptions, financial loss, or damages resulting from visa rejections, delays, or invalid travel documents.

6. Liability Disclaimer

Tarif International Ltd. shall not be held liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity that may be caused by:

• Defects or failures of any vehicle, aircraft, or accommodation.
• Actions, omissions, or negligence of third-party service providers (airlines, hotels, transport companies).
• Force Majeure events, including natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, pandemics, or government restrictions.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
